Chit Chat

        Just felt like jotting some things down. The last week has been full of a bunch of ups and downs for me and I believe I may be feeling a bit worn down and exhausted. As I have mentioned before I am terrible with change but this last week, I have never felt more ready for it. I even feel excited about a lot of it....at moments at least. At the end of the day when I lay down and start letting my mind get the best of me, I remember how terrified I am. I am ready to take a big leap and make some very serious changes in my life, but at the same time I really do not want them to end up being a bad decision. I know that sometimes you just need to take that risk but, it makes me uneasy. Which then makes me feel anxious, which then makes me write haha.
       I probably need to find a way to outlet some of my nervous energy. Maybe a new workout.....or maybe something else. Any ideas? haha

  1. spend time with friends. if you think you are to busy then make time. if you cant go to them have them go to you. that is a good way to get rid of bad energy.

    also you could pick up a hobby. writing works but you could also knit or build model cars or collect model action figures of a game or sport you like.

    reading also helps. find a good book and you can escape from your worries. but i dont suggest that if you may end up running from your problems.

    you could get a pet, like a monkey or something. with a monkey you would be to busy to be nervous.

    these are just some random suggestions that i thought of off the top of my head, but i dont know if they are any good. maybe they will help you think of something you might actually want to do.

    now as for the side note, that is a cute picture. you guys make a cute pair, though i am having a hard time deciding whom is cuter... (if i had to say, i think it would be you by a land slide)
