So incredibly relevant to many thoughts I have had lately, along with many suggestion people have given me recently.
I think I am going to print this out, hang it up, and see how many different ways I can use it. In all honesty, just reading through it made me feel better. Just reminding myself that I can do this, that it is o.k. made me smile.
I am a person that loves lists, so just having this around will make me feel comforted I am sure. Not that I think anyone should live by any list that isn't your own, sometimes a little guidance (or reminder) is nice.
Today, I feel better :). Now off to make my to-do list for the day! First step #58!
that is an awesome list. very inspirational. Here is a task for you.... there are 103 things on that list. Do a random one every day until you have done them all, then start over and do them again. Do this for a year and see how much better your life is. You can do more than one a day, but at least one a day.
ReplyDeleteI am definitely going to try my best! Some of the things on the list I already tend to do every so often, but I don't think I take the time to enjoy them or appreciate them like I should. Maybe tomorrow I will kick off by buying myself some flowers :). I Think I could use the pick-me-up.
